As Chief Executive Officer of BriteBox Electrical Services, Paul is focused on providing leadership that drives a “customer-centered” culture that takes advantage of the company’s 50-year heritage serving families and businesses in the greater Atlanta area. He joined the company in 2013 bringing more than 25 years of service industry expertise. Paul is committed to providing a “best in class” experience for customers and team members while expanding the company through increasing consumer demand for quality heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, security and related home and business products and services. Paul’s previous industry experience includes being a Regional Vice President for a national heating, cooling, and plumbing company, serving as Director of Risk Management for a national plumbing company and being Owner and/or President of various contracting/construction operations. He has also held Master HVAC and Electrical Licenses in multiple states. Paul holds a Bachelors Degree in Risk Management from Eastern Kentucky University where he was also part of the undefeated 1982 Division 1AA National Championship football team. He is married and has one daughter. Paul enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, and attending sporting events.
Andy has over 30 years of experience in the air conditioning, heating and plumbing industry. He has been involved in all aspects of the industry, from field technician to senior management and has a strong commitment to operational excellence and a driving passion for providing exceptional customer service. He is a proven leader in the industry, developing processes and training protocols that assure quality and integrity in all aspects of the business. His philosophy is to place the customer’s best interest first in all interactions. His highly dedicated work ethic and his team–oriented management style, have led to the growth and sustainability of various organizations for over 30 years.
Chris brings over 25 years of experience in the Electrical, Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing industry to the BriteBox Team. Chris holds a State of Georgia Master Non- Restricted Electrical License. He has served in various capacities In the electrical industry from Electrician to Senior Management to Ownership. Chris has a passion for delivering the highest quality of work through Customer Service that is second to none. He is happily married has three daughters and soon to be nine grandchildren. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and family, watching Georgia Football, & enjoying the outdoors.
Through the acquisition of Innovative Media Solutions in 2014, Brandon joins the leadership team at BriteBox Electrical Services offering 18 years of experience in the audio, video and connected home industry. As President of IMS, Brandon focused on 100% customer satisfaction, delivering the latest technology to his clients. His passion and commitment in this rapidly emerging industry will continue as Vice President of Operations of BriteBox Services Division. Brandon resides in Canton with his wife, twin boys & 2 dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, coaching his sons’ baseball team, preserving his GTO & UGA Football.
John, a native Georgian, started his electrical career in 1985. He graduated from the Independent Electrical Contractors’ Apprenticeship program (IEC) in 1989, earning the title Journeyman Electrician. In his 32-year career, John obtained a vast array of experience and knowledge in industrial, commercial, and residential electrical environments through ground-up and retrofit projects. His extensive list of projects includes restaurants, industrial plant relocations, and service work. Over the years, John has done and seen just about everything related to the electrical field. Two of his favorite projects as an electrical foreman include: (1) a 27-acre, ground-up, auto superstore, and (2) the first microbrewery in Atlanta. In 2005, John earned his Master Electrical Non-Restricted License. He attends yearly classes at the IEC to remain current on the ever-changing NEC code. John was the General Manager for a major electrical company in Atlanta for the last 10 years. He joined the BriteBox Electrical Services in 2017, bringing the same enthusiasm and excitement for his field that he has expressed for years. He loves sharing his knowledge and passion about his trade to his co-workers and customers. John is married with two children and two dogs. He loves spending time camping and hiking with his family, and sitting by the firepit in his backyard with his wife.
As VP of Call Center Operations, Sophia is dedicated to providing our customers with professionalism, excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. Sophia has been a part of the BriteBox Electrical Services team in our accounting department as the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and has recently moved into the role of VP of the Call Center. With over 13 years of experience, she is fully dedicated to our core values and brings leadership and teamwork to her new position.
Sophia and her husband have two sons. She enjoys jewelry crafts, concerts, basketball and spending time with family.
As VP of Technical Training and Safety, Tracy works closely with the technical field staff to maintain the highest levels of technical excellence, managing safety concerns and providing 100% satisfaction to our customers.
Formerly, Tracy was the leader of the Quality Assurance Division, dating back to January of 2010 and was brought onboard to oversee the company’s ongoing efforts for continuous improvement in the products and services areas.
A native of the Atlanta area, Tracy has over 31 years of experience in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry and holds an unrestricted Georgia Conditioned Air License and also O.S.H.A, N.A.T.E, and EPA certifications. After graduating from the two-year HVAC program at Atlanta Area Tech, he spent eight years working as a service technician repairing and installing various types of brands of air conditioning equipment before moving into management. With his varied experience and background in Coolray’s business, Tracy brings a unique perspective to his position. When not at work Tracy enjoys spending time with his family, and can likely be found outdoors, boating, kayaking or fishing.
Tim Smith brings 15 years of Sales and Operational management experience to the Coolray team, most recently in the home services field. His philosophy of Continuous Improvement has been vital to driving and sustaining market leadership position in his fields of business. Tim is committed to solidifying Coolray’s position as the premier HVAC company in the metro Atlanta market. He holds a Business Management Degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. An avid, and former competitive golfer, Tim and his wife can typically be found on the golf course or attending Atlanta sporting events in their free time.
