When calling, you’ll always speak with a live person who is an employee of BriteBox. That’s something the Big Box stores just can’t offer. Plus, all of our work comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with our service, we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.
We’re a locally owned and operated company with offices throughout the Atlanta metro area—unlike many other companies selling home security and automation. So when doing business with BriteBox, you’re doing business with your neighbors and helping our local economy.
No matter what you need, BriteBox can help you create it. Rather than lock you into a packaged home security or automation system, we take the time to meet with you and understand your needs so we can create custom solutions that meet or exceed your expectations.
We only install quality products and only employ trained and knowledgeable employees. That’s why we offer a 1-year parts and labor warranty on all of the products we install in your home. If you have a problem in that first year, we’ll take care of it.
