We had a backup generator installed last year. From quotation to installation the techs explained all the features and the installation process. Everything went smoothly and we are now prepared for power outages.

Chris McIntyre and Joseph replaced a chandelier in our two-story foyer with a lighted ceiling fan. The positioning of the fan is directly over a stairway. We got estimates from several other electricians and none of them seemed confident about how to reach the ceiling. Chris was confident, experienced, professional, and willing to work with us on pricing. He and Joseph worked well as a team and did an excellent job. We would definitely use their services again if needed.

Good customer service is hard to find these days, and superior customer service is almost non-existent. I am pleased to share that I had THE BEST customer experience this morning. Sean repaired my light switch and patiently explained the problem to me. He was very thorough in resolving the issue and made me feel like he was taking care of the problem as he would want it taken care of for himself. I felt so relieved by his honest, patient, and caring approach. I plan to remember BriteBox for future electrical needs. Thank you, Sean and BriteBox, for such a wonderful experience! I feel much safer and at ease now!

Jerold considerately called as soon as he was open, to see if I'd like to move my appointment to earlier in the day. Since he was to be replacing an exterior outlet, and rain was forecast, I jumped at the chance. He arrived when he said he would, he was dressed in a tidy uniform, and he was one of the nicest young men I've met in a while!

He fixed the box and it stuck out a little farther than I was expecting so he made some modifications without complaining, until I was completely satisfied with the appearance. The entire time he was working, he was polite and cheerful!

We had them install a whole home generator. They came and installed within 1 week of the consultation. We were pleasantly surprised at this timeline considering the current supply chain issues. The installation crew was extremely nice and accommodating. The installation itself is clean and professional. Very happy customer here!
