Step 3: The electrician will confirm the preferred position of the customer-supplied charging unit and cable routing with you according to your parking spot and electrical supply location.
Step 4: We’ll do a final safety check of your home’s electrics before we proceed with drilling and clipping cable to the wall as needed to affix the charging unit to its designated spot.
Step 5: Before connecting the charger to the electrical supply, the electrician will switch off the main power sources for safety.
Step 6: The installer will finish connecting the charger and turn the supply source back on to test it.
Step 7: Once proven to be a safe connection, we will proceed with helping you set up the charger’s smart capabilities.
Step 8: When everything is working properly, the installer will demonstrate how to use the charger safely and explain what each piece does. We’ll answer any questions you might have and will explain how to contact BriteBox if you have any issues later on.
